Do we need to sign an NDA before talking?

Not for the Discovery Session. We can talk through scope at a high level. Once we move to a SOW or share device-specific materials, we sign a mutual NDA first.

Can we share confidential device documentation up front?

Yes - request our mutual NDA via the contact form and we'll set up a secure intake channel before you share anything sensitive.

What if our timeline is urgent?

Tell us in the form. We routinely accelerate engagements when an FDA deficiency response or a Q-Sub deadline is in play, and we'll confirm feasibility within one business day.
