Engagements for cybersecurity services (penetration testing, threat modeling, SBOM development, FDA submission support, etc.) are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form. In the event of a conflict between those documents and these Terms, the engagement documents control with respect to that engagement.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Blue Goat Cyber does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Cybersecurity outcomes depend on factors outside our control, and no testing or assessment can guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Goat Cyber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your access to or use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
